Sidumiso joins 8B after six years as Managing Director of SEO Africa, a non-profit developing the next generation of Africa’s business leaders, with a focus on the Financial Services, Energy and Technology sectors in Africa and Europe. She previously worked as an investment banker at HSBC, Houlihan Lokey and the Rothschild Group. More recently she has been an advisor and consultant to African and European companies with a focus on the future of learning and the future of work.

Sidumiso holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Sheffield.
